The Saddleback Maine ski resort has recently updated their real estate website with new information on their Alpine Village Cabin project. The Alpine Village cabins will be located near the Saddleback Mountain access road with availability to ski in and ski out via the Morning Glory ski trail. These cabins will be located just uphill from the recently completed A-Frame housing development.

The cabins will have a 24' by 24' footprint with 838+/- square feet of living space. Sleeping up to 6 people via a downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft, the cabins will have a covered entry way with ski storage locker. The cabins come complete with appliances and driveway parking. We hear from our mountain contacts that interest in the project is strong. Saddleback is actively working their way through the permitting process, with hopes to break ground on the first cabins in the summer of 2024.

Hiking trails at Saddleback Mountain including Appalachian Trail access, the Fly Rod Crosby Trail and other trails encompassing the high peaks of Western Maine & wilderness areas.
Easy access to the idyllic lake town of Rangeley, Maine with its many shops and restaurants. The town is a gateway to the Rangeley Lakes region with many opportunities for kayaking, boating and world-class fishing at the numerous rivers, lakes, ponds and streams in the area.
